We process all payments through PayPal - customers may also use Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express through PayPal.

Order Processing

Orders are sent out Monday through Friday (not including holidays) within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Shipping is 1-5 business days, depending on customer location. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Order Modification

You can cancel your order by calling 1-877-450-7836 ext. 235, but it may only be canceled if you reach us before it has been shipped. Once the product has shipped, order cancellation is not possible.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return for exchange within 30 days of your package receipt. The item must be postmarked by the 30th day. The original shipping & handlng fees will be refunded, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Damaged products will not be refunded.

Return Checklist

1. Send via a courier that will provide you with a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, DHL).

2. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages/product.

3. Inform us via email what you are returning and why: info<at>nutri-plate<dot>com

4. Include a copy of your original reciept.

5. Items must be returned in new condition.

6. Upon receipt, we will issue you a credit card refund.
